Google Maps produces the same two addresses from a search for "Easterbrook Farm": here and here. Searching Google Maps for just Easterbrook returns 3 other places, almost certainly houses named Easterbrook: Higher Coombses, Chard, Combe Martin, Ilfracombe, and Woking in Surrey. Scotland Easterbrook Hall" in Dumfries, originally part of the Crichton Royal Hospital. I believe this is named after Charles Cromhall Easterbrook.
